http://www.ibabuzz.com/warriors/2010/02 ... -contract/

We waived 5 Mil in expiring contracts for Anthony Tolliver? Are you serious? Larry Riley you are a effin dumbass. Waive Chris Hunter the player that Nellie hates...or Devean George....or just let Anthony Tolliver the airballer go... this is just terrible.

So now we officially traded a future first rounder or some second rounders for nothing (New Jersey deal for MWill)

We have officially traded Crawford AND Stephen Jackson for Vlad Rad, Raja Bell, and Anthony Tolliver. Does this look like a good deal for us anymore?

Is this FO serious? I want to kill someone right now. I want to throw up. This franchise is driving up to the wall.

First we waste that Trade Exception from the JRich deal.. now this... this franchise has no balls and would rather keep signing sucky players.............

It's sad to say this, but there are lot of options to choose from...

btw, I'm not surprised at all by anything that happens anymore. I've come to the conclusion that this team is led by morons who don't have a clue about how to build up a contender. It's only natural they make bad moves...

DEVEAN GEORGE IS THE WORST EVER SHOOTER.

Take him out. If not, take Hunter. If not, SCREW Tolliver.
Wow. My thoughts agreee with thou.

Holy f*ck................even by these useless, bull sht, clueless, f*ck wits that dwell in our front office, standards..............this is IN-F*CKING-SANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just shows that they have absolutely no intention of making any kind of difference making moves in trades before the deadline............as expirers would be the ONLY attractive proposition to teams wanting to unload decent players for not very much.

Un-believable...............seriously? I mean, just when I think I could think they are any more clueless.............they go and do sh*t like this?

Riley = "I want to add beef" = Hunter, Moore, Tolliver.

Riley = "We need to trade for a star" = Waive a huge bargaining piece, in the form of a 5 mil expiring contract for a D-League scrub making $800,000.

Not only is the guy a complete joke of a decision making GM.............but he is also a plain face liar.

Ps:...............THIS IS JUST INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cant believe it!!! Why not cut Hunter?, why not let Tolliver just go!!!!!!!!!

WE DONT EVEN PLAY HUNTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fine, just let 5.2 go for Tolliver, plus let Moore's 1.3 go for Hunter.........just so we can play out a wasted season with useless players who will be gone at the end of the year anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHAT POSSIBLE EXPLANATION COULD THERE/IS THERE GOING TO BE FOR THIS UTTER GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just as baffling and ridiculous and pathetic as the Belinelli trade. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:     :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Pps: I am incredibly pissed off.

OMFG!!!! 12 freaking days before the trade deadline!!! REALLY!!! That contract could have been the difference between making a deal or not.

Did we seriously give up a 5.2 mil expiring contract to sign a shitty ass d-leaguer????

I officially will not go to any games or even watch them on TV the rest of the season. Unless of course they are able to make a significant deal at the trade deadline.

This front office is the biggest collection of moron's I have seen.

This was the breaking point for me with what to expect these days. I knew we had morons in the front office, but man... how retarded can you be? Since there's a high crime rate in Oakland, do you think they count what's going on in the front office apart of their stats?

It's a love/hate relationship. LOVE the team, HATE the people running it. Damn, I CANNOT WAIT 'til the Giants are back. These idiotic selfish bastards are making me sick.

expect the same 16 years of UTTER BULLSHI- unless a boycott is achieved.

I am talking to you Warrior Fan...the clueless Warrior fan that still goes to games....BOYCOTT this f-cking team!

Can we please be the first American sports team with a fan base that actually FIGHTS BACK!!!

Seriously, I mean how can ANYONE accept this sh*t over and over and over and over and over and over AND OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

And then say to themselves, "Hmmm, yeah, I think Ill spend some money on this team that wouldnt piss on me if I was on fire"

Atleast the one game I went too was the New Jersey game (and only because my lady had never been to an NBA game before.........I wouldnt have if shed seen one before) and basically half empty...........so I didnt really give any money to them.

Come on, lets get organised...........how can we start an official boycott?

Ps: Can we change the banner because:

1 - It make me physically sick looking at it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 - It was changed after the Belinelli trade and since then.............its just got worse and worse, and repeated the slogan up there over and over.

Well to be fair, I haven't spent money on this franchise since their playoff season. All the games I've been going to lately are cause they're free.

Everyone knows that on numerous occasions that i have to come to the Defense of Don Nelson & whilst i acknowledge that Larry Riley is basically a extension of Nelson (they are pals)

It ends up being guys like Cohan & Rowell who are truely ****ing over this organization... To have a Hall of Fame Coach having a blank canvas (& then asking him to paint the Mona Lisa with one or 2 crayons... well it just leaves me sick to my stomach)

I dont like the direction this front office is headed... Please Larry Ellison, buy the team and then give Don Nelson some money to work with!!!

You do realize that this move was made because Don Nelson LOVES Tolliver for some completely unknown reason.

They are all one in the same. They ALL need to go. IMMEDIATELY!

That's incorrect...

yeah i know he loves Tolliver, But i tend to think along the lines that between using the Trade Exception to trade for a big contract they chose to take on the 800,000 salary of Tolliver

(because like previous trade exceptions we've had, they've gone to waste) <- & that is attributed to the fact that Chris Cohan has been cutting payroll for ages!!! (ever since he gave beans and Ellis big contracts)

It is NOT a trade exception. Those are completely different entities. Trade Exceptions come with a lot of restrictions (the main one being they can NOT be part of any sort of package).

There was ZERO reason to do this. They could have just signed another d-leaguer for about 30k. Not the 800K. Make NO mistake, they want TOLLIVER.

So sorry pawno, you are incorrect... yet again.

Yes they did want Tolliver, i agree.

But the Warriors wouldn't of used the trade exception (they;ve had multiple of these for a long time n all im saying is it wouldn't of been used)

I too would have preferred them to use 5 Million on a guys contract that another team deemed worthy of payroll cutting (cause we need to build more talent)

But yeah, i dunno!!! whilst they could of signed another guy to a 30k contract... i think they went the road of signing a guy to 800,000 cause they knew in there hearts they didnt want to bring in more payroll by shipping off the expiring contract (cause the Warriors F.O are cheapskates)
