Wait; BOTH Nash & BD are going tonight? Where'd you hear that? With both in or both out I take the Warriors by at least 5---not impressed with Phoenix at all. Not saying they aren't dangerous and couldn't score, say, 125 points in 4 quarters but they could just as easily hover around a hundred with the W's posting 115. That said, I'm going to make a blanket guess: Warriors by 8---lead the entire second half.
Nash smash, barbosa's their leading scorer, and has a hot hand right now. b-diddy and troy should be game-time decisions. we'll win our eighth if: monta keeps the turnovers down; biedrins doesn't have 3 fouls 12 minutes into the game; they keep the energy up and the defensive rotations crisp; and they don't split every other pair of free throws.
I heard Baron was listed as doubtful for tonights game. That true? Docs said his rib injury should've been listed from questionable to doubtful. But iono, besides Nash, Diaw, and Amare are still battling back from their injuries. This game will most likely go down on who's out on the break and who scores more points. We shouldn't rush Baron though if it is that bad. Monta can explode on the offensive end when he's given the opportunity. So I'm down with that.
That was so close.......ouch that hurts........
.........Ouch. That hurts. Nash hit the three, Jrich had that open 3 on the fake. What a game. The Warriors just let the Suns hit the three pointers when they needed em. Gotta tighten up defensively on the perimeter. Monta was spectacular again. Hopefully it was only a cramp like they said.
Wow, this is a tough one to stomach. I don't know how you can just allow them to get wide open 3 after wide open 3. The guards do not like to drive, they just love to sit back and launch. Almost every time the Warriors forced them to drive in from the arc they came in and missed the shot. Although taking the Suns to the wire with no Baron and a sluggish J-Rich is pretty impressive.
