I've been a Warriors fan since they traded Chris Webber. Can you imagine how that's like....

I expect our first win of the year. Cleveland might be one of the worst east champions in league history (Lebrons is absolutely amazing, but the rest of the team is not even playoff worthy), and they come without Varejao, who's still stuck in a messy contract holdout (when was the last time that happened in the NBA?).

Should be a win. Although we also said so against the Clippers... but I still believe.

Again, should be a win but likely won't be. Lebron will likely go off for over 30 and I expect their bigs to go off; Ilgauskas and Gooden.

Baron has to be huge and he has noone of fame guarding him in this game, unless Hughes all of a sudden gets back to his Wizards' form defensively. Our backcourt should go off. Run and gun can really be in full force here as I don't see the Cavs knowing how to stop that

I had to say no based on the starting lineup. I dont think that we will win hardly at all if Pietrus is consistantly in the starting lineup. He is just not a good matchup against any power forward in the league. Get him the hell out of there, and then we can talk about winning.

If you look at the lineup, you can see that Harrington is the 4th picture from the left (2nd picture from the right), which indicates that he is the starting power forward and not Pietrus.

This game will be our first win.

Andris has the creepiest smile. Harrington smiles as if he's posing. Pietrus smiles as if he's trying to be charming. Azubuike has that elementary/middle school smile. Same with Baron...

Hughes has the worst smile.

Dubs win this one...

When we go small, Pietrus will get a lot of time at power forward. Granted, I didnt catch that he was playing the 3.

Start AB AND Wright? Do we want to be in the penalty in less than two minutes?

Nah, in the penalty in two minutes is Pietrus, O'Bryant, and Biedrins all out there at once.

Out of curiosity what makes you believe we would be in the penalty in 2 minutes? Have they played once together to give that impression? :banghead: I mean we have Petruis, Monta, Barnes at the same time out there... AKA turnover CITY.

We should beat the Cavs. If we hold Lebron under 40 points we will win.

We have to limit Lebron, slow down Zydro, and make sure Hughes doesnt break out.

I want: Warriors by 7

What will happen: Warriors by 2 on a late 3 by Al.

If Nelson DOESN'T start Pietrus, it should be an easy win.

Anybody else think that a BIG lineup might cause a nice mismatch game, too...? Who else enjoyed seeing O'Bryant and Biedrins on the floor together? Hows this lineup sound...

PG - Baron Davis
SG - Stephen Jackson
SF - Al Harrington
PF - Andris Biedrins
C - Patrick O'Bryant

Until SJax gets back, we can use Pietrus or Barnes at the SG spot. But it sure seems like THAT lineup could rebound without losing much speed...

I'd say Azu deserves to start, from what we've seen so far... I'm ok with playing POB, but bring him from the bench. Although I've got nothing against playing him at C and Beans at PF during the game.
