Still think we should be trading for Eddy Curry? Even NBA.com (the most kind, least-critical web site regarding players) tells everyone in a Fantasy Draft to avoid Curry. Potential to be great? Sure. Likely to happen? Little to none.

If he gets a quick recovery i say lets go for him but if he appears stuck in the dust then i say ditch him.

Curry is not even a topic of conversation! He just isn't worth it and the Warriors have the players at every position for now anyway!

I'm just not sold on the idea of grabbing a guy who's made all his money on potential. Eddy Curry CAN be great, we know that. Until he shows that he can be amazing every game (and not just when he feels like it), lets not approach him. He's not worth losing anyone out of our starting 5 (or even a few players on the bench).

How many years has this guy played for, 4 or 5........... He should have been great by now like it was said he would be! This guy will never be great and all the articles that have been written about him recently are a waste of space. He doesn't deserve to have anything written about him! There are other players out there that deserve more attention for their good deeds and hard working attitude!!!!!!!

I just think that Eddy Curry is a big role player. That's not bad. He comes up short of his expectations. He's like Joe Smith was for the Warriors. Sure, he has his good games, but for the most part, he's nothing special compared to the stars of the league.

If Curry wasn't playing for Chicago, he wouldn't be putting up as high of numbers (and his numbers aren't that great to begin with either). The same was true for Joe Smith! As soon as he left the last placed Warriors, his numbers plummetted and his value dropped in the league. He went from #1 overall pick to just another rebounder with a soft outside touch (and the ability to block a shot or two every game). Curry is the same way. Once he leaves Chicago's struggle team, everyone will see that he's nothing special; he's just an extremely talented role player that will never reach his full potential because he's lazy and unmotivated... and even if he does get his motivation from somewhere (who knows where), there's always that heart problem... and even if he has a heart transplant or fixes his ailment, there's always his weight problem... and even if he loses weight... There's just too much to deal with when it comes to Eddy Curry.
