I was just playing NCAA March Madness 07 on 360 and was doing my recruiting and got my guys. I generally dont look at their stats, I just take the highest level recruits. For some reason, I took a look at his stats and he was a power forward who averaged 25 and 19.

That brings me to this: who is the best recruit you have ever had, be it college football, basketball, or baseball?

I have Cal in NCAA 08 and I wanted to look more into RB because Forsett was in his senior year and I completely forgot to find a replacement for the next 3-4 years. I ended up finding a RB that had Reggie Bush like numbers during high school. Pretty sweet...

That's the problem I have since I don't have a game station and PC only. Many of the games are out on PC though

I don't think I've ever had a super stud recruit that was off the charts good in their freshman year. I had a 5 star tackle that was 85 overall his freshman year in NCAA 08. I also had a dope SF who was around 83 overall I think in College Hoops 2K8.

I think the best first year player though was a OLB I drafted in Madden who was a ridiculous 88 overall with something like 90 Speed and 90 Tackling.

The best recruit I had who grew to be a senior is my current QB in NCAA 08 - he was just some 3 Star guy that nobody wanted but he had a great arm and 89 speed, making him deadly in the option. He is a senior now and rated 92 overall . . . and just led the Black Knights over #2 ranked Notre Dame.

I played a game last night with the 5 star HB I recruited and redshirted for the first time. He only moved up to be an 86 RS Freshman, but he is a beast. He is already an impact player and I ran a sweep with him where he stiff armed two guys and trucked another en route to a TD. What a monster.

Do you know if recruits cap out at 85, or can they go higher?
