It would be a hard decision but from past experiences I seemed to like the Sega 2k series much more. The only thing I liked from last years Live was the dunk contest which became boring quickly. Which would you pick?

I'm a big 2k series fan due to the fastbreak, the pick and rolls and the actual speed of the game you can play with the sensetivity of the analog controllers.

Live has had serious rebounding, block shot and fastbreak problems for years. They semi improved the rebounding situation. but still it has a long way to go to get the title of best simulation.

ESPN has signed up with NBA Live for future releases so i'm kind of a sucka for the ESPN coverage. Live may just win me over in the future.

Actually I think I will first get the newcomer into this Genre - It's Called simply NBA 06

Im gonna go with nba live because theres gonna be a new superstar mode where if you have a good player on your team (Baron Davis, Shaq, Allen Iverson, Kobe Bryant) you can play more like they really play with no look passes and big dunks. Not only that but it has all the old mini games too. You can also play mini games online

Also NBA 2K5 had many flaws in it.

Your still inbound when it says out of bounds which I hate when im playin' online. When you dunk your hanging in the midair. :banghead:
