I've been a Warriors fan since they traded Chris Webber. Can you imagine how that's like....

From what I've heard, we'll find out tomorrow. I think it would be fun to have Tom T broadcast our games. He can be a dork, but he's our dork!

ESPN televises the Eastern Conference. TNT televised the West. ABC is a mix of the East and West. So either way, the Warriors/Mavs matchup gets ABC or TNT.

Thanks for the added stats krome.

All the Mavericks starters showed up against the Sonics tonight...

I wonder...did Mark Cuban make Dallas tank the last game against the Warriors because they don't want to face the Clippers or was he hoping the Lakers would lose and fall to the 8th spot.

I think they didn't want to face the Ws having lost with his starters for a 3rd straight time, and a second thought was maybe lakers would lose to sacto and the mavs could dodge the hottest team in the league...look at how the lakers and ws are playing the last 20 games. What team WOULDN'T rather face the lakers?

I reckon the team will upset in a close game!

Note: Pietrus plays well against the Mavs and the style of game suits him. Anything he gives is an extra

I'm pretty pissed right now. I'll be away for a few days (til next tuesday), which means I'm going to miss the first game of the series. F*ck. :banghead:

Anyways... the Mavs should win, but they sure aren't happy about the matchup.

I would say that it was more that Avery knew that the Warriors would be playing balls out and that it could very easily turn into a rough game where one of his stars got injured. The dress rehearsal was against the Sonics because they are playing for ping pong balls.

It is true, however, that if Avery played all his big shots and still lost then that would have been a bad stigma for them heading into the playoffs.

Thunder has it right!! First, Avery has been resting many players since we haven't had anything to play for (except maybe the NBA's 3rd all time best record!!!) and the Warriors he rested everyone as otherwise this could have been a very intense "playoff atmosphere" type game. D Harris (a semi starter who did play) started scoring and playing with intensity to get us back in the game and what does Avery do?? He sits him on the bench for the rest of the game. I anticipate a great series GO MAVS!!! My prediciton MAVS IN 6!!

I see it Warriors in 6 or Mavs in 7. If it goes to 7, winning that last game in Dallas would be awfully tough. The key I think to to the series is the Warriors winning one of the first two games, if they could come to Oracle tied 1-1 I like our chances a lot!

I agree, the key to the series is going to be who can get to 3 wins first while having a home game remaining.

Good point. The Warriors seem to have a big advantage at home.
