I've been a Warriors fan since they traded Chris Webber. Can you imagine how that's like....

Carmelo kills the Warriors all night long... Monta, Barnes, and Biedrins claw back from being back by 11 points... but Stephen Jackson fucks up over in the clutch.

Warriors by 1 WITHOUT SJax
Denver by 20 WITH SJax

He's not that bad... he just didn't know what to do on that Hawks play.

Dude, a fast break isn't rocket science.

Plus, I'm pretty sure it doesn't take a brain surgeon to know that (when you're trailing by ONE basket and have 2 players posted underneath for the boards), you should probably not go for a buzzer-beater.

Stephen Jackson COMPLETELY screwed the Warriors tonight. I have total confidence that Barnes, Ellis, Azuibuke, or even Cabbage would have put us up by 1, had they gotten the ball. Hell, half of me believes that (had SJax gotten the shot off sooner), Biedrins would have cleaned it up for the win.

SJax screwed up. Big time.

Agreed. 8 seconds left, down by 1, you have the fast break going... why don't you outlet it to Monta or anyone? A loss like this kills my spirit, I have lost a whole lot of faith in Jackson for clutch game situations.

Anyway, Warriors by 2. Losing to the Hawks really cost us. We just dropped down to the 11th in the West. No more "must win" games anymore for the Warriors. It's either show up or get shown up until the end of April.

I agree with both ya'll niggies. Good thing is Sjax admitted he messed up, so like the GI Joes say thats half the battle. I honestly dont think hed make the same mistake again. He said," He couldnt think fast enough", ha ha ha gotta love the honesty.

In the long run this lost wont mean much. Maybe im a defeatist but we missing the playoffs by 3 or 4 games at least. But cmon, the man said he couldnt think fast enough....funny stuff. You gotta cut him some slack.

We lose tonight too, but this time by 10.

Carmelo, Nene, Evans and the Mexican dude kill us on the boards.
But I'm hopeful.

Hopefully Monta can have his first 40 point game tonight.

Hopefully Sjax can think fast enough tonight.

Hopefully Harirngton grows 3 inches tonight.

Hopefully beloved Baron gets the much needed rest on his, cough, knee.

Hopefully Nelly gets a few on the house and gives a great post game interview.

Hopefully Biedrins blocks about 7 shots tonight (except for Nene cause hes on my fantasy squad this week)

I don't see the Warriors with much a chance in this one tonight. The last time the Warriors went to Denver was the day after Thanksgiving and they got hammered.

The only plus is that Iverson and Camby will likely not play.

If the Warriors can mentally get past last night's game and rally around each other in the loss, they stand a chance. However, I do not see the last sentence happening. The lack of Baron means a lack of leadership and at this point, leadership is sorely needed.

I have the Nuggets winning in a blowout.

you guys seriously need to stop the bashing. he made his mistake and hopefully he will learn from that. i still believe in him at this point and i will continue to unless he keeps up bad play for the next couple of games. i watched him in SA and he is one hell of a player.

Sick block by Azubuike to JR Smith earlier.

But things aren't looking very.... inspiring. 2nd chance points, rebounding, points in the paint are killin' us.

.... I yi yi. If only the Warriors can make a run similar to the one against the Bulls.... 4th quarter comin' up, I'll be prayin.
