In terms of experience alone, I'd say Norcal hands down. Socal has the youth, but i think talent-wise and just plain all out skill, ray allen, Kidd, and having payton on the bench as well as Bowen (defensive all-pro right?) with Pierce would beat team socal.

Norht Cali would have major team issues. ( Bowen and Ray Allen are almost feuding one another at the moment )
