Damn, I totally forgot the graphical difference between Live & 2K on PS2... that looks like Playstation 1 graphics. So glad I switched to 2K this season. I heard Live took a huge downward spike.  GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS DIE HARD   |

Those are probably PC graphics at the lowest resolution... and that's probably the reason they bought that piece of sh*t. If you only have a PC, there's no other option than Live. |

Yeah, that's why I switched to 2k7 this year. I didn't like Live's last version which was 06. NBA Live 07 this year was said to be just like 06 just with updated rosters and just a lil' bit more added gameplay. But that's it. 2k has better gameplay, Live has better graphics. I'd take gameplay over graphics any day.

Well then iono. I have it for the Xbox though, so maybe we see it different on certain systems. I prefer 2k if anyone plans to buy another NBA game for years. Barring a change in gameplay from Live, 2k should be your choice.

Well it all depends what you like, really. If you prefer the all star weekend games over games like 21 or 2v2 or ect, then Live is better. But I was tired of getting Live. I have Live '98, '99 for the PS1, and '04, '05, '06, and '07 for the Xbox. I just felt like trying out 2k. The only thing I don't like about it is the free throw shooting. |

Yeah, me too. Not that I have much time to enjoy games nowadays, but I grow tired easily with any game if the gameplay sucks. I don't care as much about the graphics, sound or any other consideration... And I'm pretty sure most people would agree with us. |
