Fact is he was not needed. It would be like getting an inside player like Randolph when Diogu is already here and in need of the court time

Not necessarily; it's more like paring Mike Dunleavy with Lamar Odom. Two point forwards; unorthodox to begin with (and even more to be paired together), but would probably yield better results together than by themselves.

Do you think a team with Allen Iverson running the point and Gilbert Arenas playing SG next to him is a bad idea? Neither are great playmakers, but their scoring and quickness makes up for it. This is the same concept.

Dunnyboy would fuk Odom's game up! Definately not a keeper!

That'd be an awesome fukin backcourt! Blow every team off the court!

Not fair comparing two great players to one real good player and one loser poof!

Yeah, this would be the same... just a lot worse.

Wagner is another weapon for Baron and should compliment and benefit playing with J Rich, take some pressure off young Monta with all the high expectations and help create a healthy competitive TEAM. The options and combinations Nellie will use will be exciting :D

Which is why there's no sense in me explaining it over and over. Like Mike Dunleavy, migya's opinion on Wagner has already been set in stone... without even seeing him play one second in a Warriors' jersey.

But his opinion (like mine) is not about his game, it's about the signing. It's not a negative opinion of Wagner, but of the need for him. There's a difference.

Do you believe Wagner is a better overall player than McCloud?

Yes, and I also think he's a bad fit for our roster and chemistry. I'm not doubting his talent. Never did.

I think, in a traditional PG sense, he's not what you're looking for. But Nelly is going to try a speedy, combo-guard duet next year (in a backup role). I think it will all work out well.

Maybe. Hopefully it happens. I'm just saying what I think could happen, but, as always, maybe I'm wrong.

One think is for sure. I wouldn't say anything bad if we had signed a SF instead of another guard. That's where we really need help.

Well, I agree with you. But I don't think Nelly's unsatisfied with the roster there. He seems to like Dunleavy, has said he's intrigued by Pietrus, you know Richardson will see time there in a small-ball lineup, and he'll probably throw Zarko in there from time to time, too.

I would 100% rather have Dajuan Wagner than Keith McCloud.
