Look down the trade forum and you will see that a similar trade for Jamison was already proposed.
He could be alright but there are other players that could be obtained cheaper and that are just as good. Jamison did well statistically but he doesn't create for himself   migya make the ring fall on ya |

Keep Antawn over there for the Wiz! Both he and Murphy were the two worst defensive starting forwards in the league a couple of years ago. He is overrated and he won't be a good addition to the team!

The Wizards won't trade Antawn... and he doesn't want to come back. He feels disrespected by the Warriors because we traded him.

I think Murphy is a savage. He's a nightly double-double. Those don't grow on trees. The fact that he can't defend is his weakness. Aside from that, he's a damn good player. People are sleeping on him... and that should only motivate him more for this season.

That's right but Mullin shouldn't even think about such a trade either because Jamison is not what the team needs and he is paid way too much. A SF like Josh Smith, Ricky Davis or even Bonzi Wells would be a better fit and cheaper migya make the ring fall on ya |

Murphy's contract isn't bad; it's very reasonable. Murphy's only weaknesses are his defense and his speed. Aside from that, the man can shoot from anywhere on the floor and rebound just as well as anyone in the league. He's a good player... and he's getting no love at all. GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS DIE HARD |

Troy Murphy is the most overrated (with Zach Rndolph) PF in the west. His numbers only look good in paper because he plays a ton of minutes alongside Foyle, Biedrins (who doesn't play much due to his constant fouling) and Ike (who never played much 'cos Monty was a fucktard). So he has no competition to get those numbers. His stats: 3pp= .320 (which is not bad for a pf, but is not a good percentage). fgp= .433 (again, average for an inside man) rpg= 10.0 (looks good on paper... but who else gets boards on this team?. No one, which means Murphy would be a 7 rpg max at any other team) Add to that the fact that he doesn't know what the word defense means... |
