Well, he can score... other than that I don't find him so much better.
Foster is a better rebounder (one of the few) and defender (one of the many) than murphy. He's a worse scorer. I'd be down with murph for foster because foster can play some center

Yeah, and if we had Foster, we wouldn't have everyone stay around the 3pt line and clog the area.

Everyone would stand around the 3 point line and everyone would throw up threes because Foster wouldn't and he would probably get half the rebounds but that is no way to play basketball

No, Ike doesn't have 3pt range and Foster won't shoot. That's only three guys on the perimeter if we make that trade.

Still, the strategy would have to change. Guys like Baron can't just shoot the three over and over agian

Yeah. If Baron wants to shoot threes, its gonna happen over and over again even if he's the only perimeter shooter on the floor.

The Hornets traded him basically for that and his injuries... Again, I think is a coaching issue. With the awful coaching he has had in his career, he needs a Larry Brown of sorts to help him find his way. If not, he'll continue having all that freedom on the court, which usually leads to those threes...

You said it right with Larry Brown. He is now free and Mullin should offer something big to get him here because he could really turn around this franchise

Cohan needs to allow firing Monty and hiring another coach first... I think Cohan is the one to blame for keeping Monty.

Yeah, but it's Mullin's fault to bring in Monty. Both deserve blame though. And we should try out Elie.
