I hope it's anybody but foyle but I'm afraid foyle will start. monty will experiment around with no center starting more than 50 games

Things are wrong here in the Warriors still - Foyle will start

Foyle will start by default. Biedrins will foul out in about 10 minutes per game, and POB in about 5.

Honestly, I recon Biedrins will improve alot this season, he has to. O'bryant will likely be a pleasant surprise but the minutes of both of them are likely to not be enough because of the coach. Just seems likely

I fear that Foyle will start as well.
I haven't seen O'bryant play yet, so I'll hold off on making any opinion about him.
I think Biendrins is a one trick pony, besides; his free throws are dissmal and he hacks way too much to get any kind of significant PT...

It's Monty as the coach, so I think he will start Foyle (although hopefully bench Foyle eventually).

There should be another category; I think Foyle will start the season with the starting job, but it may slide to Biedrins or O'Bryant after the first 30 games. Monty is gutless, so he'll start him to begin with. But after Biedrins and/or O'Bryant show undoubtably more game, Foyle should return as our backup. Monty benched him for 10 games last year. I can see it happening again (hopefully, permanently this time).

It's not about who starts but rather finishes!!!

If Adonal comes in and does his dirtywork down low, The Reason Adonal is starting is because you got to anticipate the distributions of fouls. Biedrins and Pat'OB will be thrown in the deepend and pickup real early.

Biedrins and Pat'OB should continue to get better and when they do, when they finish there growth spirts they will be contributing better towards the team.

It's just that Foyle has been nothing good his whole career. He is better off coming off the bech with energy, trying to get all the blocks he can. In that sort of situation, he might be quite effective. The real thing is whether either Biedrins or O'bryant are good enough to start right now and whether both or either one can develop quickly and be starting material :|

Foyle has not improved one bit since his rookie year. He has yet to develop any inside game, has no commitment to fitness nor conditioning, and steals playing time and money from other more worthy players.

The team desperately needs some production from the center position, and yet, I do not see Monty doing anything other than starting Foyle...sigh...

biedrins will be great? I think best case scenario for Andris is like 10 ppg, 7 rpg, 2 bpg. the cat is better than foyle, but he's not "great"

Foyle moves like he’s riding an elephant on the court. Biedrins is our best bet to start. He’s very active, he hustles, runs the floor, scores, rebounds, blocks, etc., and he’s probably improved from last year (I hope.) Taft, Foyle, and Patty can platoon for backup at center.

Then let's go by best-case scenarios...

FOYLE: 6 PPG, 8 RPG, 2 BPG
BIEDRINS: 10 PPG, 7 RPG, 2 BPG
PO'B: 13 PPG, 9 RPB, 2 BPG

I'd rather take the rook'...
