I know a lotta people here feel this way... let's see how many signatures/votes we can get for The Junkyard Dog...

*NOTE*, this is not a thread devoted to who you think should be head coach (of which, we've had many different topics)... this is purely as "yes or no" vote on Mario Elie.

:protest: Mario Elie for Head Coach in 2008 :flag202:
(if not sooner)

Yeah but would we want Brown for a year or two or Elie for a possibly long time?!?

Hitting "no" would mean you're in favor of Monty, not Larry Brown. This thread is purely Monty versus Mario.

If you're talking about me, I hit yes because I'd rather have Elie than Monty, who wouldn't?

I've been saying this for months but it doesn't look like it will happen. Ellie would probably get more respect though

The obvious choice is Mario. Everybody should pick him. I just want to see how many voters/signees are actually willing to say it.

I'd like a stable and good coach. It has to be a coach that is respectable and respectful of player's ideas as well. It is not an easy thing to get a good coach but stability must be established and then succes should follow but the right coach must be found first!

Montgomery's been here for 2 years. He's had a chance to prove himself. And (with, arguably, better pieces than Mussleman had), he's failed miserably.

Muss did have better pieces at first (Arenas, Jamison, Richardson) but he lost them after 02-03, and still managed to put together a respectable season, Monty could never do that.
