Like it says. The kid's been waived by Boston.

Should we go after him...?

Who's Orien Greene? And I don't mean who he really is. It's a rhetorical question. Who's Orien Greene and why should we sign him?

Okay, nevermind. Kid seemed like he had some okay potential last season... and we could use a decent 3. Just wondering if anybody thought he was a project worth going after. At this point, with Pietrus and Dunleavy at the 3, I'd pretty much take anything else at small forward...

I like him. A (VERY) poorman's version of T. Allen. However, if Ainge doesn't want him then...?

Yeah, for the minimum, it's ok. We could give him a shot. It's just that I don't want to expend a exception, or part of it, on a player that has done nothing in the NBA.

I didn't mean let's roll out a 5-year deal for him... I was just saying, should we bring him in for a try-out?

Orien Greene is a PG! At least that's what I've read on Celtics forums

Orien Greene is a player with no position at all. Sort of like Ronnie Brewer, just worse.
