Jason Richardson Poll

Let's see all your opinions about Jason Richardson. I love this guy... I would love to have him be with us his whole career.
He's not a messiah but he's a star. I'd like to see him with us his whole career unless we could get a messiah type like oj mayo or whoever

We are cutthroat around here
I just think that it's too soon to say that he should be a Warrior all his career. Hopefully yes, but you never know. I'm just trying to be a realist, that's all.

yeah, barring a trade for lebron or dwade, he's a keeper
i have a feeling the career path of j-rich would be like another friend of ours from the bay, gary payton. he will spend the best of his years with one team and then will aimlessly float around in search of that elusive ring.

You're probably right with that one...
I dunno about that. Especially since Mullin's been pitching that whole continuity idea to Warriors players, fans, and management. Everybody seems to enjoy the idea of keeping players long-term and letting them flourish together once they know one another front-to-back. Some of us aren't too big on this whole "I'll go to whoever pays me the most" generation. In my opinion, leaving a team for the last 2 or 3 years of your career just takes the whole shine off a resume. Hopefully, our VP of Operations can keep our useful core (BD, JRich, Ike, and Monta) in Warriors' jerseys for the next 10+ years.
We should build him his own mansion in the parking lot of the Coliseum so he never leaves!!!

I'd even be open to trading him for one of the top 2 picks of the 2007 draft. I think Durant will tear up this league and Oden won't be too shabby either.
are they declaring though? i heard that they might be staying in college. but then again, i DONT wanna wait for oden. i wanna see his game in the nba. but then again who knows what the difference can be between a 1-year OSU college man and a 4-year OSU graduate.
