To Warriors: Jamaal Magloire, Bobby Simmons, Mo Williams

Why the Bucks Would Like It: The Bucks are looking to move Magloire because he's causing Bogut to start at PF, a position he is not suited for. The Bucks right now really have two centers. Shipping in Troy Murphy would not only allow Bogut to slide over to his natural center position but would give him plenty of room in the paint, since last year Magloire and Bogut were stepping all over each other. Also, Fisher would provide a veteran presence at PG. Dunleavy would fill for Bobby Simmons absence, and Cabarkapa provides some versatility with his ability to play SF/PF. Fisher is a clutch shooter who can make the three and play the 1/2. Him, Murphy, and Dunleavy's perimeter play more than make up for one person's (Simmons) 3 point shooting ability. It creates a killer outside perimeter threat from the Bucks, which clears room for Bogut.

Why the Warriors Would Like It: There have been a lot of trade proposals involving Magloire, but I think he would fit. He's a tough player who will rebound and contribute without major holes. He would be our starting center. Bobby Simmons would fit in great since he is an outside shooting threat. Having him and Richardson on the same lineup would stretch perimeter defense, making it easier for Baron to go one-on-one or dump in to Diogu/Magloire. Mo Williams would come in as a competent backup PG who can score when needed.

This would put us here:

Davis/Williams
Richardson/Ellis
Simmons/Rodney Carney?/Pietrus
Diogu/Taft/Biedrins
Magloire/Biedrins/Foyle

This would be the Bucks lineup:

TJ Ford/Fisher
Redd/Jiri Welsch/Charlie Bell
Dunleavy/Kukoc
Murphy/Joe Smith/Cabarkapa
Bogut/Gadzuric

Bottom Line: This trade puts Bogut in a better position to develop, and it puts Dunleavy, Murphy, and Fisher outside to create a spread out perimeter threat from those mentioned and Redd. It also seriously upgrades our starting lineup while not leaving any huge holes.

I wouldn't mind Murphy and Fisher out and definately want dunny gone but for someone better than Magloire. He is a slightly above average player right now and HORRIBLE FT SHOOTER!

I like Simmons For Troy, then we'd go big with our 1st pick & grab a PG/wing ( with adequate D )with the 2nd...
