Two things:
A) Brandon Rush
UPDATE: The Warriors have expressed a desire to bring back restricted free agent Brandon Rush next season. But according to Matt Steinmetz of CSNBayArea.com, first the money has to be right, which means somewhere close to the $2.96 million he made in 2011-12.
Golden State can't afford to match offers much higher than that without being hit by the luxury tax, and Toronto is a team that could look to pry him away.
"According to sources, one team considering making an offer to Rush is the Toronto Raptors, who had hoped to sign Nash," writes Steinmetz. "The Raptors had allocated significant money to Nash and now will look elsewhere -- and perhaps toward Rush."

Golden State Warriors like what Brandon Rush brings off the bench and Tuesday they secured the right to make him a restricted free agent.
According to The Oakland Tribune, the Warriors tendered Rush the $4,385,416 qualifying offer, which allows them to match any offer sheet he may sign.
"We have a restricted free agent who we really like, and who we're going to keep," says general manager Bob Myers.
Rush will be an unrestricted free agent in 2013 if he only signs the qualifying offer.
Looks like we're going to let of McGuire too =\
Dominic McGuire fits the mold of a Mark Jackson type of player; gritty, hard-nosed, defensive-minded, high-effort. But Matt Steinmetz of CSNBayArea.com writes today that he may not return to the Warriors next season.
Steinmetz reports that Golden State has shown interest in free agents J.J. Hickson, Jordan Hill, Antawn Jamison, Kirk Hinrich, Shelden Williams, and writes that McGuire "doesn't seem to be a priority for Golden State."
In order for McGuire to find his way back on the Warriors' roster next season, the team will probably have to miss on all of their other free agent targets; with three rookies coming in, there just isn't room for more than one or two roster spots.
