Benson, the owner of the New Orleans Saints, is now the owner of the New Orleans Hornets as well. I heard that they're gonna change the name of the team as well.   |

but i am unaware of what a filter is? If you go to the main warriors forum there is a rules thread.. I guess its the usual stuff. No harrassment. No animal porn. Etc |

Welcome, CarolinaJazz. We're all stressed out, as Pawno put it, but I can only imagine how must you feel after all those years.

Sup homies! Bunch of my friends just joined this board and they told me to come. Huge Warriors fans.
As an introducion ill just say ive been a Warriors fan since the We Believe year (yea yea, late bandwagon... better late then never). Something relevant for this year, I can see Cleveland winning out and us getting our pick. As long as it doesnt go to the !@$$ Jazz. I've hated them ever since they mopped the floor with us in the 2006 playoffs. They totally outclassed us. It was embarassing. Now I hope we tank 3 straight years so they never get that pick, LOL. (Side note: Stoked about Bogut trade. Ellis was fun but he never won and was a complete treadmill. Onto new times!) |

Like I said in another thread. I'm a Sactown native moved to Utah for collage now live in San Antonio and spend some time among lunacy fans from all over but mainly Utah for 2 months work every year refurbishing electrostatic precipitators.
Don't know about the "We Believe" era... I go way back but almost lost all hope under Garry St. Jean. We've been beaten to a pulp and deserve a little lottery luck this year. Maybe we have to make a deal with David Stern like Cleveland did when the LeBron thing went down or NY with Ewing... I don't know. I'll do it though. What do you want Stern? Name your price and give us Anthony Davis! |

Go jump off a bridge eh? We would have crushed the Jazz if Derek Fisher didn't get that lucky charge call late int he game where he slid under Baron and flopped. We paved the way for the Jazz that year and everyone knows we got screwed by the refs. That one call changed the entire series from going back home 1-1. Refs gift wrapped that for the Jazz after we did all the work clubbing Mavericks. That Mavericks team would have stomped Utah and I don't care how "Stoked" you are. You remember Baron Davis posterizing Kirilinko that year? Boom snitches! |

Haha, you're right, that Boom Dizzle skunk on Andre Kirilenko's hideous, non-talented ass was definitely violent. I agree with the others above. The only thing worse than Jazz basketball are their fans. Talk about lifeless drones; I still remember in 2007 when we played them in the postseason: most people in the bay were out at the bars or throwing parties or actually going to the games... But the jazz fans were busy INVADING OUR INTERNET FORUM (seriously). I mean, of all the lame, "my state blows so I have to fill the void of my empty life by annoying people online" things to do... And that's coming from a Silicon Valley native whose grown up in a hot bed of computer technology. They gotta all be cranky old men who are stoked to finally be typing on a fancy, shmancy keyboard like a kid who just discovered his dick. Seriously. People who troll are nerds. Hey guys. I'm finally signed up. I've been a fan of the NBA since 1992 and began supporting the T-Wolves when KG was drafted. I supported the Wolves until KG got traded then I started following Andrew Bogut at the Bucks. Which is how I ended up in your forum. I'm glad that most of you are starting to warm to the idea that you're about to have one of the best NBA centres defending the paint for your beloved Warriors. I think that the Warriors have the foundations of a really good team even without including the No: 7 draft pick. I can't wait for the draft!
