Warriors are leading the league in 3pt shooting.
Here is something I find interesting, our best shooters right now are coming off the bench.
Rush is leading the league with 56.3% shooting and Klay is 4th in the league after last night (top among rookies) with 49.3% from beyond the arc. Yet, they only get 24min and 16min a game respectively.

Curry is 14th in the league, at 43.4% and Dorell shots 37.1%.
They get 32.8 and 29.3 mins respectively.

8th Ave. posted that it might be time to bring Dorell to the bench and start Klay or Rush.
I don't think that is a bad idea anymore, it might space out the floor better and get us going from the first quater, which we seem to have struggled from. Specially since we seem to give up a lot of points in the 1st and 3rd quaters anyway (where Dorell starts).

So a lineup like this I think would be sweet:
PG - Curry/Nate/Jenkins
SG - Ellis/Rush
SF - Klay/Wright/C. Wright
PF - Lee/Mcguire
C - Beans/Udoh/Tyler


The McGuire, Udoh, Tyler combo could be moved around depending on the the team we are playing. Also getting a legit C would change that, but for now I think that would be a welcomed change.

I think we'll see Klay start getting a lot more time in the near future.

Half way through the season, 30 games have gone by and we might be seeing the beginning of a new era of super stars entering their prime (Lebron, Wade, CP3, Durant, Westbrook, Melo, Stoudimire, etc) The next generation is learning the ropes still, but this group is definately going to see its best basket ball now. Any ways here is were we stand with the all time lists and some other facts from the group that is past its prime:

I suspect Durant will pass Kobe when it is all said and done. Durant is one of those fun athletes who tries 100% on everything he does. Dude doesn't care if its an exhibition or not, he is going to ball.

WARRIORS SECTION:
There is only 1 warrior who has been on the team over 3 years... Andris.
Closest besides him is Curry, this is his 3rd year. I would say they have completely revamped the roster in 3/4 years...
Now to develop it and see if we can get to the playoffs.

Kevin love had a career high 51 points in a double overtime loss to OKC tonight. Saw the last half of the game, it was a GREAT Game between Kevin and Kevin!!

It was the most points scored by a timberwolf player in franchise history, even KG hadn't gotten 50 before.

I think the T-Wolves are in the same boat we were in, they are really missing a quality Center to be a contender. They have K Love, and Rubio, but no other great starter. I thnk for them Derick Williams will be the X factor, can he be molded into a quality starting SF? If his game is suited to be a PF, then they will have to move him because there won't be many mins behind K Love, and does not bode them well to have K Love play a lot of mins at Center.

What a game that must have been, got to see if I can get it. Love 51, Westbrook 45 and Durant 40, wow.

The Twolves have Nikola Pekovic at Center, with Darko backing him up. That's pretty good and Nikola Pekovic is playin real good, their second leading scorer actually. The Warriors never had the talent the TWolves have right now, at least I think so. Never had a big like Love. The Webber team of 1993-94 looked great, but since only lasted one season not really much to say. Rubio looks like a great PG and though he has his flaws, his strengths are up there with the best PGs in the nba. Give him three years and he should be a top 5 PG. They need to get rid of some of their youngsters, unless they will fit in as role players for them.

No there is no chance, but just saying, right now I'd give Lee and Curry to get Love, he is that good and that consistent. It's his consistency that makes him so great. Who would have thought that man would be scoring what he is today. Rebounding maybe, but not the scoring. Very smart and enough physical tools to be a great player. Only Dwight is ranked higher among bigs right now.

I still think the team could have used AR as a backup PF at least. Right now with him, that'd be a shotblocker and pretty good rebounder off the bench. Similar with Azu, who is available as well. Very good backups and maybe Azu could start a bit if a real good SF isn't found so quick.

Dwyane Wade recorded his 600th career block tonight at the Pacers. Wade is 6'4". According to Elias, Wade becomes just the second player in NBA history to hit the 600 block mark with a height of 6'4" or smaller. The only other player to accomplish that feat was Dennis Johnson, who totaled 675 career blocks at a height of 6'4".

Ok new season, this will probably be a year where records are broken and legends are made.
I think this is going to be a fun exciting season as the talent level across the board is getting better.
