Instead of using the amnesty on Bell could we buyout his contract like we did with Troy Murphy last year.

Under the old rules, I believe he still counts against the cap if you do that. With amnesty he doesn't. Now being that he showed up in court drunk today, maybe they have legal grounds to cancel his contract.
