He's got a at the least 2 1/2 year honeymoon of mediocre.. if we sucking at Allstar break 2014 then we will ship his ass back to the commentator booth.

But it a moot point.. I think he got the goods. he will be here for the next 5 yrs at least.

I think Jackson will be here for at least 3 seasons. If Lacob and Gruber wanted immediate results, they wouldn't of hired a guy with no previous head coaching experience. They understand its a process and I think they'll give MJax at least 3 years. If no improvement are made or this team becomes worse, then I can see them getting rid of him after that 3rd year or sometime during the 4th.

agreed. Historically (the last 20 years), coaches get a 3 year try out with their team before a decision to fire/keep him is in place. Only if Jackson ends up being super awful (Rambis awful), will he be fired sooner.
