nvm got it... via espn insider, but it doesnt say we actually hired him... it says we extended a very generous offer

According to ESPN News Services, the Warriors have indeed decided to hire Jackson.

Via Twitter, ESPN's Marc Stein reported Monday night that "NBA coaching sources say Warriors have made 'generous' offer to Mike Malone to convince him to join Mark Jackson's staff over Mike Brown's."

a great addition. SO we have a defensive minded top assistant, and Jackson who knew how to run an offense. Glad Lacob/Guber is opening the check book

So is it safe to say that Lacob is trying to copy the Celtics model. Jackson (former player with inspiring personality) and Malone (highly regarded defensive tactician) are supposed to be the new Rivers and Thibodeau?

Yea only problem is there no KG and Kendrick Perkins on this roster. Which they now need to get better talent from drafts.
