A keg now that's a serious matter, they should pull it off.

To say the least, I am disappointed (not just because I lost the keg bet, but because I was 90% sure we could win this game). I don't want to even see what happens when we play the Heat or some of those powerhouse teams. I know the Suns were shooting 55+ percent but still...we could have kicked the crap out of this team...no excuse. Just venting sorry...

I swear my nephew's middle school basketball game is more physical than an Nba game... ridiculous! Michael Jordan is easily the the greatest ever by far, he did it against mean azz grown man defenses like the 80's Pistons. today's nba baller gets aided with the benefit of phantom fouls, hand check fouls, and superstar p*ssy calls.
anyways, this team looked good early in the season because their help D was prominent and aggressive and made up for their bad individual D. I think they will reclaim it with D Lee back in the lineup helpin a bit - even tho he sucks too but he cleans up the glass and seems to communicate. this team desperately needs Amundson and Udoh to get in the game to provide toughness and D and give guys a break. D Wright needs to focus on D instead of thinking his role is the 3pt specialist. his role originally was and needs to be the guy who guards the opponents best wing player.
games like tonight are why I refuse to ride Monta's jock (call me a Monta hata' if ya want). yes, a great scorer he is (and scored great tonight), but the guy neutralizes that with his crappy brain-dead defense and stupid TO's. J Rich went for 25 pts tonight. Monta's bball iq is also never one of a leader or "the #1 guy." I counted so many bone-headed bad mental plays tonight. retard fouls on a few occasions, bad passes, bad reads, falling asleep on D, etc. he's been this way from Day 1 so not surprising.
please bball gods let us trade Monta for Melo.

I can feel pretty confident in saying that we are gonna follow the formula that Steve Kerr laid out on the Heat/Cavs game. We will win a lot of games against scrub and middle of the road teams and get pounded by good & elite teams unless we have an occasional superhuman effort. To me this adds up to 30-35 wins. Progress? Not much...

agreed that we're gonna beat the avg / bad teams. I consider the Suns an average team now so they were entirely beatable. I do think the warriors have a chance to make the playoffs though. the teams that the warriors are probably going to have to compete with for that 8th spot will probably be the nugs, suns, griz, or blazers...
these are teams I think the warriors can very well compete with. suns are Amare-less and getting older,
nugs have an aging Billups & may be Melo-less soon, and the other teams roster talent isn't overly
impressive. some things that could help the w's chances...
1) chemistry can get better...help D was much better before the Davie Lee injury.
2) Amundson & Udoh returning needs to provide some punch & depth
3) a trade deadline deal using the expiring contracts should be pursued aggressively
