So is Aussiebiedrins.(Migya is a stinky Perth'ite... he seems more Cavemen to Aussie to me<Real rough around the edges>)  How'd you get into supporting the most exciting team in the NBA? i was a big Chris Mullin fan and was on board when the basketball card explosion hit schools in the late 90's. |

Hey yall. I joined back in Feb. but didnt check this thread. I guess im a slow reader. Just gettin back into it for the start of the season. Given the Warriors some love from Oregon. Been a long time fan. Thx to JREED for lettin me know about the message board.

Born in Melbourne, lived in Brisbane whole life. I just loved the roster, Capt Jax, Baron, J-Rich, Barnes etc a few years back. Lee is one of my favourite players glad he's at GSW now. I'm enjoy spurs too, very different teams ay haha. Australian Fan

Awesome... BrissieLAD!!!  I'm from Jindalee in the WS. I also too enjoy watching the Spurs...People say they are boring, But Tim Duncan is the most successful player (bar kobe and Shaq) titlewise and they win matches by high percentage shots and knuckling down on D. I'm over in the States as we speak (I'm in town for some Oakland Raider Games), I'm off to the Oracle tonight for the Warriors v Clippers... Really looking fwd to seeing a "motivated" Baron to really test out Steph Curry and see how our Sophomore sensation responds to playing against one of the best Point guards on the planet (Best PG when he wants too be) Anyways nice to meet ya AussieGSWBloke... hopefully we can respond this year with some success kind of like that Cap Jack, Baron, Jrich era of 2007 where we came out of nowhere and silenced all the hoop critics. |
