Alright guys, apologies for the lateness, but here is the first league. The settings are above and though I have sent out invitations to those who were in this league last year, except those not in this forum anymore, it's first twelve in have a spot.

This is set for an offline draft. That is, we do the draft here and then I input the results into the league page. In order to do the draft like this, everyone in this league (same for the second one I've created) will have to be on here often, like once or twice a day, and we'll have to have a time limit, with a player ratings list that we use to allocate a player to anyone not making their pick in time.

We can have a vote to have the draft changed to an online draft where we will have the whole draft at a set time.

Now join up people. Even if you don't know what you're joining, join. And don't forget to join. The sooner we fill this up the quicker I get the #1 pick.

Hey Mig,
Thanks for the invite....but fantasy hoops is just not my thing. Didnt really enjoy it too much last season and this year there is no way I would have time to keep up with it. Hope all of you guys have a great season though. We are about a month a way form opening night!

Is there any way you can post the league's scoring rules? This will be my first time playing fantasy basketball.

Hey Migya

Are you going to have the exact same set-up as the league was last year?

If I may, I would like again to put forward the idea of setting weekly rosters rather than daily ones. I think it requires a bit more skill and decision-making, rather than just someone who is able to maximise number of games played by setting their rosters every single day.

But if you want to leave it as is, that's cool. Just make sure I get a top 3 pick :)

I second this one. It's sorta hard to change rosters every day....but I would be okay if daily stayed.

One question though. There's 9 stats. So every single day, you can get 9 wins to 9 losses, depending whether your team got a higher stat total?

How about I offer up the suggestion of doing one league daily and the other weekly. I'd join both.

Whether it's daily or a weekly league, the scoring periods are through the week. The categories are calculated every night, but they are cumulative and the win-loss is decided on Sunday. The week is Monday-Sunday.

In daily rosters you can setup your rosters ahead of time. You can do the whole season in one night if you want.
