I would also be concerned about Amare's durability. There is no denying amare has better foot work and can get to the basket easier, probably a better player. If they were the same price, had the same contract i would choose Amare.... but they don't.
Anyways, I don't think we will be talking MVP season for Amare at the end of the year. I don't think New York all that much better this season. They may be shooting for 7 or 8 spot of the playoffs, and even then I am liking Bob cats and Pistons in 7 and 8. If NY does not make playoffs, no way he is getting considered for MVP.
