Problem is ... you ain't offering potential. Just the worst players of our team. There would be a better offer. That's why Artest is on the Kings.

That's what all these "could-be" trades are always about! People trying to pull Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, or some other huge star out of their ass for Mickael Pietrus, Andris Biedrins, and draft picks! It's a joke! ![]() GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS DIE HARD ![]() ![]() |

What's a joke is some of the attitudes thinking that some of the players on the Warriors' bench, such as Biedrins and Pietrus are useless! The reality is that players on the TWolves bench bench, like Medvedenko and such, are shiit! They would have to start fresh without KG and they would want young talent! End of story! The Warriors offer the best young talent in the league with the flexibility of contract length ie. Most of the young guys on the Warriors are coming to the end of their rookie contracts

So...? You're saying that they'd give up the most powerful franchise player in the league (aside from Shaq) simply to revitilize their bench?!? I'm not buying it... Pietrus and Biedrins have skill, but you'd need to add Baron Davis or Jason Richardson to the equation before the Wolves took it seriously. Think about it... would WE trade Baron Davis away for Jose Calderon and Joey Graham??? It's the same idea: young, "potentially" great players in exchange for a proven franchise star! It would never work! ![]() GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS DIE HARD ![]() ![]() |

But isn't it nice to think you can sucker them into a trade tho?

They aren't useless. They're just not enough for an MVP. Those players would be alright if they were part of a bigger package, with at least one star (J-Rich or Baron). Look what Miami had to give to LA for Shaq: Odom, Caron Butler, Brian Grant (this one just to make salaries work) and a pick (maybe two, I can't remember right now). And Shaq was the one that forced the trade there... |

That's an easy trade to accept! |

Not if you're the Timberwolves, like he was implying.

We aren't GETTING Garnett, period, so it's time to stop all the fantasy talk...
The most unbelievably unrealistic reoccuring trend here is a Garnett thread... ![]() GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS DIE HARD ![]() ![]() |

Exactly. It would take JRich or Baron to get Garnett, which we won't do. ![]() |
