Even if they added LeBron ... whose left on the team? Chalmers and someone else, can't remember ... but they literally have like 3 players.

Chalmers and Beasley are on the team, Beasley is signed for around 5m per year and they'd have to move him if they wanna make room for Lebron. If Lebron goes somewhere else and Beasley stays, they have around 11.5m of cap space I think. They should look at signing a Mike Miller or maybe a good defensive player like Josh Childress (btw, I'd love for us to try and grab either with the MLE).

They're trying to move Beasley, but there are no takers so far, which says a lot... Actually, Wade asked the team to move him, but they'll need to find somebody willing to add him. They had hopes of trading him to Toronto in the Bosh's sign-and-trade, but Toronto decided to re-sign Amir Johnson instead.

If Lebron doesn't sign (and he hasn't given the Miami brass a definite answer, but it certainly looks like he'll stay in Cleveland), they will try to go after Josh Howard, although they won't pay him more than the MLE.

The only good thing/saving grace in this crazy mess.............is that the special programme on ESPN to announce it, actually called "The Decision".................all the sponsorship money is going to charity, boys and girls league of America or something.

As much as its insane, you have to respect that a little............they dont have to do that and could just keep it rolling as LeBron's party..........its not like EVERYONE wouldnt want to pay for the rights to air that and be a sponsor on/during it.

Come on, Bigs, it's just a marketing move. They'll get a ton more money from showcasing Lebron, so they can afford the money for that particular program to go to charity. Lebron wins because he gets more exposure, they win because... well, they'll give Lebron more exposure, which means more sponsorship deal over the years... and only for a small investment.
