I love how the Warriors played with confidence...that'll be our 2nd win in January without one of our star players.
Go Monta! |
lol, ya, every team should play with 9 healthy guys. |

If Richardson wasnt hurt and he was one of the nine healthy guys i wouldnt mind playing with only 9 guys if that meant dunleavy wouldnt play. Who needs more than 9 healthy guys every night anyways? Im adding J-Rich to the 9 healthy. PG-Baron SG-Richardson SF-Pietrus PF-Murphy C-Foyle (stuck with him here) 1st guy off bench Monta 2nd guy Biedrins/Ike depending 3rd guy Fish then Biedrins or Ike or even Zark I wouldnt mind having them 9 play every night with no dunleavy. |

None of this matters,What actually won the game was Dunleavy not playing right

Not a bad lineup. I think, realistically, this would be mine: PG - Baron Davis SG - Jason Richardon SF - Mike Dunleavy PF - Troy Murphy C - Adonal Foyle 1st guy - Mickael Pietrus (even as early as 2 or 3 minutes into the game, if Dun's off. When Mikey's off, he never turns on, so pull him early. If Dunleavy plays well, then hold up on the sub a little longer). 2nd guy - Ike Diogu. If we're not playing a team with a HUGE center (like Detroit, Miami, SA, ect), then I say sub Ike into the game as soon as the jump ball's over. He's instant inside offense (just add water). 3rd guy - Monta Ellis or Derek Fisher, depending on what we need. If we're ahead, then sub in Monta. If we're behind, then bring in Fisher. Monta Ellis looks best when running with energy, and obviously, if the Warriors are winning by over 5, we're probably running. If the game's a slower pace, then Fisher would probably do better. 4th guy - Zarko Chabarkaba. He showed me big things during the Warrior's big losing streak. He can get to the rim and be fouled, his handles for a big man aren't bad, he can board decently, and he has an outside touch (plus, he shoots decent free throws). On defense, he's a liability, so playing alongside Biedrins, Ike, or Foyle is a must. NEVER leave Murphy and Zarko alone in the front court. 5th - Andris Biedrins. Just because he's last on the list doesn't mean he should get no time... I think 10-15 minutes a night would be good, at this stage. If we're lacking inside toughness, then he's a quick fix. More athletic than Foyle and taller than Diogu. Plus, his rebounding seems better and better everytime I see him. Just don't pass him the ball on offense for anything but a dunk. 6th - Chris Taft. He showed a lot in his first game, and not so much since then. I say, give him time sparingly and increase what he does with it. This guy is just for nights when Ike Diogu is missing layups left and right. He's a poorer version of Ike, so we'll use him as such. 7th - Calbert Cheaney. For nights where we desperately can't get any shots going, he's a last resort... but his jumper is surprisingly steady (the nights that he's on). If he's off, then we don't lose much, but he can provide 4-8 points off the bench if we're desperate. That's how I'd do it, at least. ![]() GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS DIE HARD ![]() ![]() |

You're STILL misspelling their names? You should know it's Richardson and Cabarkapa by now. I agree for the most part, but I think I'd still take Cheaney over Taft. A bit unsure of what Taft can do for now though, so I may be wrong. |
