Eh... on one side, I've always HATED commercials that use hip hop to advertise anything not related to it.
On a totally different side... I still don't like it. Don't ask why, but just don't. It just feels... odd. And not in a right way. Like in a "look what we have to do to get your attention" way. I'm probably not making any sense... Sorry, Bada. It's probably my "anti-hip hop in ads" stance getting in the way...

can that even be CONSIDERED hip-hop????? Anyway, it hits home as my wife and I have discussed so many times the advantages of us getting a mini-van but neither of us is ready to give up any slimmer of "cool" we have left in us... which is dimishing daily might I add. |
