I thought Keith Smart was coaching?
it is funny.. I have read in a few places (not just here) that Nellie did an unusually good job coaching last night. Funny because Nelson did not coach last night. He let Smart coach the game.
Nellie looked like he was coaching part of the game and Smart looked like he was coaching part of the game. If Nellie didn't coach at all then his assistant out coached the COY 
supposedly he turned over the reigns after the terrible first qtr. I did not catch the first half so I can not confirm that.

I think Nellie was just acting as an assistant coach and watching closely at what Keith does. Also, when he saw players make mistakes, he just brought them over and talked to them one on one. But other than that, Keith had the reigns.

I was there... Smart was coaching right from the start.
