Hey, I was only talking in terms of potential. If we talk in terms of current performance, he's probably not even a top 5 pick.

You've been his biggest promoter here on this board since the original 2010 draft thread.. I had no idea who he was the first few times you mentioned him, and even then you sounded really confident about him. It's awesome that you're sticking with him.

(I still haven't seen him play)

Yeah, I just think he has a chance to be really special if given time to grow up. And doesn't get lost in translation, so to speak...

With that in mind, if I were the Dubs GM, my top 3 would probably (I say probably because it could vary based on workouts and interviews) be Wall/Turner/Johnson. I like Favors a lot, but I wouldn't pick him above a more accomplished player if I were in charge of making a contender.

Wesley Johnson has really struggled with his shot since the hand injury. Pretty good game though brewing on ESPN right now between Louisville and 'Cuse

If we are going to trade Monta then I'd say Turner. But we'd have to somehow get Al Jefferson.

It seems easier to just pick Demarcus Cousins

Nellie would bench Cousins for the entire season, and in turn play some new D-League scrub.
