This actually surprised me quite a bit. I wonder what changed for Sterling to finally pull the plug on Dunleavey? He seemed fine with the mediocre job that Dunleavey had been doing for all these years.

Dunleavy was actually doing alright this season, as the Clips could make the playoffs. Be interesting to see how the replace him with

It sounds like he is stepping down, in part, to work on drafting and trades. I bet they make a trade before the deadline. I'll take Blake Griffin for any player on the Warriors

That sounds a bit steep. Blake hasnt even played a regular season game yet. Sure he's got alot of upside but if he was drafted by the Clippers then he is bound to be a bust. |

Yep. I've been saying for years that the sooner they get rid of him, the sooner the Clips would improve. Took them a while, but it's gonna help them a lot... ... on the court, because he'll still be able to wreak havoc from the front office.

Sh*t.............one of the big things keeping the Clipps down was Dungleavy Snr.
If they get an uptempo coach, with that roster, they could go even further than the strides they have this year. |

Wow............Clipps name this Kim Hughes dude (yes, dude) as coach for the rest of the season.
Man, never heard of him.............although it might be interesting to see a coach who is taller than most of his roster!!! He is 6'11!
