Read that Olowakandi could be getting traded very soon (on Yahoo sports). Wonder whether the TWolves are sending a package deal to the Pacers for Artest......... Maybe Kandi and Wally for Artest and Foster

Great trade for Minny, awful for Indy. Don't think it'll happen.

Nah, the season is already lost. There will be better offers near the trade deadline. They're just playing the waiting game.

The Pacers want to be an elite team - That was and is there goal every season! The longer they wait, the less chance of them getting a good ranking in the playoffs! They must be really hanging onto their seats and coming close to taking a pretty bad offer

That's whisful thinking. Without Artest, the season is lost. They won't rush a trade just for the sake of it. He's not even with the team.
I wouldn't be surprised if the Artest trade doesn't happen til the trade dealine, or even doesn't happen at all, and he gets traded the next offseason.... But that's only my opinion and what I would do. Doesn't mean they'll do it. |

Seems like a very good trade for Indy, 2 quality guys for 1 1/2. That would give them a SL of
PG-Tinsley SG-Jackson SF-Wally PF-O'Neal C-Kandi with Croshere coming off the bench. Sounds like a contender. |

Yeah, my fondest memory of Michael Olawakandi was getting his sh*t ruined by Amare Stoudamire's tribute to Darryl Dawkins. Great jam, btw
