Recalling dreams

The recall of dreams is extremely unreliable, though it is a skill that can be trained. plus, to bigs, only prefrontal cortex (part of frontal lobe) during sleep is usually off, all other parts of brain work very hard, if they wouldn't, on waking one could not understand anything. since prefrontal cortex works to analyse, predict and memorize things, most of the dreams are never remembered and those that are, are because on waking up prefrontal cortex starts working, sure this memory is usually very vague (even though it might have very bright moments) and i believ very much of the dream content is made up rather than being proper memory. during sleep emotional responces of the brain to stimulus are very strong since there's no filter on them (which is the function of prefrontal cortex), that makes people have very strong experiences during sleep. since most of the brain is working most of the time during sleep there's really no clear cut theory why do we need sleep (since resting the brain could be achieved properly without really falling asleep, or at least by sleeping less and not 8-10 hours in one take), sure it helps to rest the brain, and most importantly, the body, but it seems it's rather ambigous as to how it (periods and functions of particular mode of sleeping) could be easily pinpoined and explained.

i had this dream this day that warriors were beating spurs by 60 points, and i was in the game dunking on alley oops since spurs were so depressed as not to go back on defense at all. it felt very good, since i'm 1.75cm 'can't jump' white man

Im going to Japan in January and i been really frugile with my saving.

Anyways last night i dreamt i put a couple of bills into my moneytin (piggybank) but i put it into the wrong piggybank (it was a communal work piggybank) anyways Mr Crackerz told me never fear to "CRACK OPEN" the piggybank. Get my bills out and just purchase a brand new piggybank to replace it (he told me to take all the notes, bar a few and leave the new piggybank filled with coins)

For some reason i took his advice but only took the money i could confirm was mine (like the wad i put in with rubber bands)

Anyways the sick part of my dream was is i put all the money back into the new piggybank from some grimey dirty public restrooms because i didn't want anywhere there to be cameras so my work colleagues could see me stealing (i dont think i was stealing, but it appeared that way)

I guess the dream has to do with me not sharing, me being scared & the only reason Crackerz was in my dream cause i had to subconcsiously CRACK OPEN the pig.

Anyways also interestingly this dream was followed by a wetone. So i have no idea if i went and spent my money on some grimey Porn or Prostitutes, i will never know.
