So first things, first... those who decided to be scratched from the other league, do you want in?

If you are please let me know ASAP so I can then open up the league for the first come, first serve after you guys.

I will pass on this one.

the basketball league seems too involved for me. I never know what Im going to be doing or where I will be for work and dont want to hold the draft up like I did so many times during the football draft. also Pawno, you better watch out, that wooden spoon in our deathmatch league might get jammed right up your al davis loving ass.

Fine's draft rankings:

I'll take the 3rd highest rated player available on Yahoo's list. But I don't plan on missing any of my picks.

If you do baseball (congrats on the bye-week) you can do basketball. It's like half the games.

I'll "scratch" myself from the other league and join this one.

the main problem for me is the draft. Im never around the computer on weekends and never know from day to day if Im going to be driving or working in the office where I have computer access. there would be times during the football draft when I held the process up for acouple days and thats not cool.

Maybe this draft could be the live online draft. Have it on a Wednesday night or something. And closer to the actual season. It's fantasy man, make it your fantasy.

Don't be silly always next. U didn't hold anyone up in the football draft. If we start next week or something it'd be completed by the start of pre season at the very latest. Even if people missed a day or two here n there. Plus i want to see u take miki moore in the 3rd round very much like your jaw dropping selection of beanie wells.

watch our for Beanie. you gotta take some chances in a free league right?? if there were $$ on the table, some different picks would have been made.

even if you are Pawno, its not gonna hurt my feelings. I know its all in good fun. I will do the basketball league as long as me taking a day or so to make picks wont piss anybody off. I hate being that guy.

Alright, so fine is in.

How about you Always? You sure you don't want in? Fine basically called it, it's fantasy baseball, just less games.

Once you give me your ultimatum, I'll open up the rest of the league to any one else that wants in.

I personally hate online drafts (although only because I can't make it due to the different time zones), but I'm sure if none of the guys on other time zones are in that second league, you can find a date and time to have an online draft. That would solve all the issues about holding up the draft.

And, if not, doesn't matter. We have more than enough time to have a draft on the board. If you can't post on weekends, maybe you should send the commish a list of guys you want for your next pick (or picks) if you foresee your turn coming on weekends.

There's always an answer, AlwaysNext. If you want to join, you're more than welcome. Don't let those fears about holding up the draft get in your way.

I'll participate in this league as well, to make up the numbers if needed, but those who want in and aren't in the other league (if it is decided to not havemore than 12 participants) shoul have first priority in this league

I'm just awaiting if Next was serious about not joining or what.

Then, once he let's me know, I'll open up the league to whoever else wants in.
