Here's one that works (on paper at least). For me, this would be like a dream trade.

Warriors get:

Carlos Boozer
Andrei Kirelenko

Jazz get:

Monta Ellis
Corey Maggette
Stephen Jackson
Jermareo Davidson

the logic.....boozer just decided not to opt-out so the jazz will definitely be looking to move him, and he's on a one year deal and then he's FA, so his salary comes off the books after next year. kirelenko brings defense, good passing, and he can score. boozer brings the active PF for nelly, at least for a year, and who knows, maybe longer.

the dubs lose monta (i can live with losing his contract) but have curry as the PG of the future and morrow or kelenna as the SG. they lose 2 overpriced, fading wing players and get a solid 3 with a better contract. davidson makes the numbers work.

so even if boozer leaves after a year, they will be in a much better position to build for the future by shedding the contracts of jack, mags, and ellis. and they can still retain their core of randolph/biedrins/curry and have cap flexiblity to be a FA player for years.

jazz get to move 2 high priced players they want to move, warriors get to do the same. seems like it would benefit both pretty equally.

Warriors aren't going to trade Jack.

This trade is a dream, more in the fact that the Jazz won't take on one, let alone two expensive contracts that are long term. Maggette would fit there, but trading him and filler for Kirilenko is much more feasible and possible than this trade, though this trade would be awesome for us. Boozer doesn't fit the style of the team, but his big salary comes off the books after one year and AK fits in here, especially bringing that defense of his
