Yep... where was Delonte in the Conference Finals? All I saw was LeBron scoring and the others missing. They need a more legit SG. Not an all-star, but someone who can take the pressure off LeBron and even Shaq.

Delonte is a role player. A role player that should come from the bench. That's why he was a no-show in the conference finals.
It's nice to have him, but West shouldn't start for a contender.

With Mo Williams being a star player himself and now with Shaq, who can play like a star still if he wants, they need role players around those guys. Delonte plays his role and can defend very or at least he used to. Another scorer there would be too much

Well, with Shaq moving Mo to become the third option, the trade takes pressure off of Mo. Still, they have to fix a few kinks, because I'm not ready to label them NBA Champs just, yet.

Well, with Shaq moving Mo to become the third option, the trade takes pressure off of Mo. Still, they have to fix a few kinks, because I'm not ready to label them NBA Champs just, yet.
They need a proper bench and they haven't address that yet and that could be their downfall. Delonte does his bit, but they now have a depleted bench and must get some three good players there

Shaq's main job is to stop guys like Dwight Howard or Kevin Garnett. Now that that's solved, they must focus on other things. And it starts with getting an actual shooter. Sure, they have Mo, but they need a legit shooter. Someone like a Anthony Morrow.

Eh... Delonte is a bench option. But he lost that shot in the conference finals for some unknown reason. They need someone who can handle the pressure and create their own shot.
