Why would Dallas ship out Terry and bring in Harrington when they already have problems with Howard? Plus, we have already have Monta, we don't need another undersized 2. Third, he's locked up for 4 years at a high price, I'd much rather let Harrington walk and have cap space to resign young guys (BWright).
why not pulling in a third team like chicago and doing a three way deal between chi-gs-ny?
I don't know if the numbers work, but NY gets Al, Chicago gets someone on NY they want, we get Hinrich

Terry is not a typical point guard. He doesnt run a team. he is a fake point guard, a more like a short shooting guard. Might as well get Ben Gordan instead of Terry, if u wanna do that.
I still say to try for Hinrich if they havent already so, as repeatedly mentioned 1 million times already!

this works in terms of monetary value
No way in HELL the Pistons give up Prince and Afflalo for Harrington and Watson.
Tony Mejia reporting Bobcats trying to deal G Wallace. He mentions in the article that he would be a perfect fit for us... Not so sure how that would work unless S-Jax was included in the deal with Al. I wouldn't mind it then at all, but I think we would have to get Felton too. What would the trade have to consist of?

Honestly, I think they would. Joe D. and Coach Curry of the Pistons have expressed major interest in a lineup of Stuckey, AI, and Rip/Tay at the 1, 2, and 3 spots. Its fairly certain that this will be the lineup before the season is out. The big decision will be to either to put Prince or Rip City at the 6th man spot. This trade makes the decision very easy for Curry and Dumars. Also, Dumars is looking for perhaps another expiring contract which Al would fit. Afflalo doesn't have much upside in Detroit especially with Stuckey being able to play the 2 and the emergance of Will Bynum as a capable back up point guard.

I would definitely trade Stephen and Al for Felton and GWallace. Think about this:
PG: Felton
SG: Ellis
SF: Wallace
PF: Wright
C: Biedrins
Good size, but also will run any team out of the building, and not infatuated with the 3pt shot.

I think that'd work. The Bobcats are looking for some vets, the Dubs are looking to get young. You know Larry Brown loves them veterans. But I don't know... Wallace and Felton have struggled to stay healthy these past years.
Can you guys see us trading S-Jax? Rowell has a man crush on Stephen, so you think he would let that happen. The only way getting Wallace makes sense is if Maggs or S-Jax isn't here. Maggs isnt going anywhere so S Jax is the guy. Wallace's contract isn't terrible, we would have a dangerous young team then!
