They must be pretty confident they can get Hinrich or Miller.

They got Crawford and Brooks and gave Douglas.

I'm all for Crawford, but now we have 3 back up guards. However, who is our point guard?

Brooks is 6 foot 5 and Crawford is a sg, although he's averaging 5 assists

Crawford will play backup PG. 6'4" averaging around 6 assists per game in 30 min.

Haven't seen much of Crawford, is he good, a good PG especially?

Wonder what happened in any pursuit of AMiller. Got a feeling FO thought he was too old and maybe a bit of a chemistry problem.

Apparently, Lowry was the chemistry problem.

Miller's price tag was too steep.

Too many others got in on Chicago's fire sale and now the market for Hinrich has been flooded.

Myers does it again; nabbing Crawford (arguably, the league's best backup point this year) before most GMs even knew he was available. What a GM this guy is turning into!

And migs; Crawford is a pure point guard (in the mold of guys BEFORE Nash, who would orchestrate, but couldn't really shoot the ball for a great percentage). He's a young street ball player; the type of guy who knows whose hot, who to feed, who to bark at, and how to run an offense.

In short, he's not perfect (seriously, his shooting will make you cringe), but he's pretty much exactly what the Warriors were missing out of a backup point guard. Don't expect a lotta points, don't expect the ball-hawking defense that Douglas provided, but DO expect a lot more chemistry coming outta the second unit.

All we need is a backup backup point guard. (someone with the potential and young legs to step up for 10 minutes a game of #Fullsquad, maybe a couple more minutes if Curry/Iggy being rested)

Is Brooks going to play? Bazemore has been handling instead of Crawford? Why not get Hinrich if Brooks isn't going to play?
