Horrible. Just embarrassing. This team is stupid sometimes. Wins against teams like LA don't mean jack if you don't beat the teams you're suppose to beat.

The team is strange lately. They had to beat the Kings at home and fell on their face. Really is troubling what is going on, as they have lost to some nonplayoff teams recently.

What is that, 5-4 in the last nine home games? Horrible. They could have cemented the #6 in the West.

Eh, clearly the Kings match up well. We have beat the needed teams (Rockets, Lakers) and some other pushovers. You aren't going to beat every bad team, it's just not going to happen. Every team loses to some bad teams. It's also important to note how awful the refs were that game. Lee, Bogut, and Barnes combined for 0 free throws despite being constantly near the basket and finishing at the rim and being wacked. 5/24 on threes is unsustainable bad. I can see why people are upset about this loss, but it's really not indicative of anything.

It's why we are still the sixth seed, because the teams chasing us also lose to teams they think they should beat. It happens to every team.

You have to win the majority of your home games, especially against teams behind you in the standings. You have to have desire and step up and that didn't happen this game and hasn't happened often enough at home lately. The team had a golden chance since starting the seven game home stand to grab hold of the 6th spot for keeps, get ahead of Houston at least three games and they stuffed it.

Out of all the non elite western teams, the only team with a better home record is the Jazz for obvious reasons. After that, we are a half game behind the Rockets. We win our home court at the rate we should and lose to teams we shouldn't at the expected rate.

Can't win em' all.

If you compare the team to those just behind us, we remain a team, just barely ahead of them. To solidify the 6th spot, we have to be better than those behind us and not by that close of a margin either.

I for one aim a little higher than what we are right now, as to not possibly fall back behind one or two of the teams we are currently just ahead of us.
