I'd like to thank the entire Rocket team for having a Least Valuable Player for the Entire Team award-like game. Thanks!

Seems like Chandler Parsons was upset. |

Huge win.
The way the team outplayed them and it being on the road. Has to be a morale boosting win that turns things for the better. ![]() ![]() migya make the ring fall on ya |

Who was thrash talking to Parsons? Green, Bazemore...? Or was it Ezeli perhaps, after that block he made? Though, I don't see Ezeli as a thrash talker.

What do you mean? Alllll of it happened, dude! The Warriors ran Houston off the 3-point line, they went under screens and let Lin fire away, they made the Rockets' bigs beat them instead of letting their guards get off, putting the ball in Montiejunas and Asik's hands, not allowing Parsons to heat up outside... With the exception of a specialist to guard Harden, everything I said seemed to be the Golden State gameplan. ![]() GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS DIE HARD ![]() ![]() |

Not really. I think they both combines for 42 which is pretty close to 45, but we blew em by 30, so theres 1.
We went to the zone in the 3rd. There weren't any specialist on Harden or Lin. And I don't know why you didn't want Thompson on Harden. Thompson was on Harden throughout the entire series and did a good job on him throughout. Curry still went over screens, he just recovered a lot better, and the weak side defenders showed on them. Bogut particularly did a hell of a job protecting the paint and helping on screens. After reading your post again some of what you said did happen, but some specific things you named didn't. Who cares though, it was a pretty win. You do have to give Thompson his due credit. You bash on him for not being able to defend the likes of Kobe and whoever else, but has done a great job on players like Harden and Parker. Overall, for his contract, age, and experience, he's doing very well. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Also big kudos to Klay in the 3rd. They almost recovered from a 24 point deficit in HALF a quarter, but Klay his some pretty big 3 to give us a good cushion going into the 4th.

Touché, I give it up for Klay in this game.
He handled Harden like he was just an everyday player. ![]() GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS DIE HARD ![]() ![]() |

And I gotta point out: the Warriors went to zone in the 3rd... And Houston cut it to 5. And Curry definitely went under the screens on Lin. That's why a third of his shots were 3's. But you were right about the specialist thing. I was wrong on that. ![]() GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS DIE HARD ![]() ![]() |

Pleeeeease, Steph/Klay. Play some damn defense on the perimeter. If Lin and Harden combine for 45 or more, this game is over. They LIVE on their perimeter scorers. You gotta overhelp on those fools and put the ball in Asik, Robinson, Motiejunas, and Smith's hands!
