Bazemore's defense is legit-ish. Gotta wonder how much Irving's sickness is effecting his game, but Bazemore is staying in front of him very well.

Bazemore reminds me of a 70's baller; very long, athletic, hustles every second he's out there, has a deeply cocked gather on his jumper. I just like what he brings when he's out there. I don't believe we have another perimeter defender that stays with quick guards like he does; not even Rush. Kent Bazemore, if that outside shot comes around, looks like a keeper. Yup, games like this where the signings and draft picks depth really paid off. As I've said before, I like the ball in Klay's hands as a playmaker. He makes good things happen on the court. I think when he gets those early touches and knows the balls coming back to him, he's less likely to press or force things.
