The Knicks signed Allan Houston for his second comeback attempt. Not sure why.

well its not necesarrly a huge deal, and its mainly a deal that if he doesnt make the team, then he will get a position in the front office. Allen Houston seemed like a cool guy. Overpaid? Definately. but not his problem
Im betting he will last 10 games or so.............and then either sit out the rest of the way, or retire for the 3 rd time.
How much legs can a guy who is 35, hasnt played in 3 years, who had to retire because he had no legs, have?.............he is going to stand out and throw up 3's at best.

Allan Houston has always been among my favorite players. For some reason, I've always loved the way he plays. A pity his ridiculous contract put so much pressure on him.
As for this comeback... I think he can still help a team, from the bench and just as a shooter. He can't have forgotten how to shoot... but that's all. And probably won't make it til January, if he even makes the team.

What's really sad is that that team could still beat the current Knicks. I mean, right now...
