the ironic thing is that i was watching the espys the other day and was thinking: "wow, candace parker is bigger than sheldon williams, she could really beat some ass". and several days later..... hahaa. i like her technique on the takedown. very impressed

this is good for the WNBA. itll give it a lil more of an edge to the women's game and is closer to the NBA game. a big reason people prefered to not watch the WNBA was because it's boring watching a game that doesnt get physical. in the NBA they call basketball a contact sport...we might be seeing that in the WNBA now.

its absolutely ridiculous to say that the assistant coach pushed down lisa leslie. Don't get me wrong, im all for women having equal opportunity, but its s**t like lisa leslie crying that he pushed her down that makes men laugh at the wnba

Cheryl Ford out for season. Correct me if I'm wrong, she got hurt when a couple of her teammates were trying to restrain her. Kind of like Milton Bradley and his first base coach. Probably the first WNBA news story I actually paid attention to this year. One of my coworkers used to get free tickets to the Monarchs. I never had any desire to go. Has anyone ever gone to a WNBA and if so was it any fun? |
