Which Would Be Worse...

I can agree with that but losing bdavis would be pretty bad.
Mullin started this rebuilding process. He is more valuable to the franchise than any player we put there. Baron will definitely slowdown due to age but mullin will only grow wiser with age and experience in the front office.
I saw mullin over baron.

Good point TMC.
Baron is valuable but until he plays injury free for a season I won't be completely screaming with joy about him.
Mullin has done great with the Warriors in the moves he has made and that makes him so valuable. The dunleavy signing though..........
I pick Mullin as more important

Nelly didn't bring the team back from the 7th circle of hell like Chris Mullin did. Baron's been here for less than one year. Lets not suddenly pledge our alliegence to him instead of Mully. Chris is putting our team back together and Baron's a puzzle piece. Without the right person behind the scenes, we may have never gotten players like Baron.
Say what you want about how much he pays people, the man's brought us back to a respectable level. His loss would be far worse than any player on the team (including Davis).

I do not want to see Mullin fired, nor I'm denying the good things he's doing for the team. The two options you gave were seeing him fired and trading Baron for a bust. As Mullin is the VP, that trade would mean that Mullin should be fired. Period. It's the same that happened in Toronto with Carter.
