mike D had a lot of open shots and clanked them all except for the last one, which was clutch and put the warriors up 1 when they were down in the last minute. however, he also didn't pass it to Jrich when he was open on the 2nd to last inbound play. we should have one this game. just one more shot in the entire second half...
lot of miss threes, but they were almost always completely open. if the warriors hit any of them, they would've maintained a good lead, and control of the game in the second half. pietrus had some good shots (and the minutes!) |

This was the probably one of the worst offensive games I can recall at the moment (exception to the 2 point quarter to Toronto Raptors). We played horrible. This match was complete BS and the officiating was horrible.
New. Stuff.

damned if you do, damned if you don't...another person to blame is one of my favorites from last year: zarko "chewbacca" cabarkapa.
1 for 10. his biggest problem is that his only move is the two step drive. doesn't have enough handles to take an extra dribble. so if the lane is open he's got a layup. if it's not (like in chicago) he does a running floater to the side. if that's not there, THEN he'll look to pass. of course, if he didn't drive, and just took the open shots that were given to him, people would fault him (like the rest of the warriors) for taking too many outside (but completely open) perimeter shots. solution: if three's or long two's aren't going in, drive, but have a big man that is looking and can catch the quick pass (and be in the right spot!) oh when oh when is IKE coming back!? |
