You guys are giving the Bucks waaaay too much bennefit of the doubt; before the Magloire trade, they were still a potential lottery team and I got news for you: Jamaal Magloire ain't that good! A decent big man? Sure. But not worthy of turning a team around with simply a mediocre, slightly above average cast. Besides, Bogut and Magloire seem crowded in the same front court, not dominant. Mike Redd is great for scoring, but I imagine he'll get into a shoot-out with JRich for the scoring leader the whole game. TJ Ford's comeback story has been great so far, but he's not even in Baron Davis' league. Who else do the Bucks have? Joe Smith? Bobby Simmons?
Lets not get ahead of ourselves: the Bucks are better than they were last season, of course, but they're not a great team yet. Nothing to sweat about.

well they are 3-0. the fact is the warriors have to outscore them which means runnin. we havnt had a real clean game yet. we've played pretty poor teams and still have struggled. we'll see what happens

it's not magliore that worries me. redd's got a hot hand (hopefully pietrus can put the clamps on him like last time), tj fords back and supposedly healthy, and bogut has actually been playing well. i still vote for warriors to win though b/c they've won two games and played crappy in them. imagine what will happen when they actually play well?
my biggest concern is BD's hamstrings; especially since this is the first of a back to back. |

Michael Redd will have a bad night compared to his current status but Magloire and Ford will have an impressive night. I see a transition of pass-post between magaloire and ford on game night. Murphy doesn't have the post skill to match up at all with magaloire, therefore I say we either play heavy to match up with the frontcourt of the Bucks or play a small roster to outrun the bucks and take a risk with the frontcourt of the Bucks.
If we do play heavy though, the main problem will be Bobby Simmons. Just believe it. And Redd will have a 20 point night, due to freethrows. Watch as dunleavy and pietrus fall into foul trouble. New. Stuff.

I'll be back after the game. I'm not buying a Milwaukee victory. I think you guys are all jumping the gun on a lottery pick, a returning 2nd year player, and a lucky trade. Those things all need time to mesh together. They're all playing a good individual game, but they'll need to actually play as a team to beat the Warriors. One-on-one defense isn't the Warriors problem, for the most part, it's team D.

I dont want to jinx this or anything but has anyone noticed that the warriors have held their opponents to less than 90 pts per game throught the first 3 games. shhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Warriors 122, Atlanta 97... not quite under 90.
I think the Warriors have a decent chance of winning this game. If you remember last year, Pietrus did a decent job keeping Redd in check. Also, the Warriors should be rested after a day game Sunday and a day off yesterday. And Dunleavy can't play much worse, so the Warriors should pull out a fast paced, exciting game. |

why nobody votes -1? the way we throw up bricks on the freethrow line, it's likely to happen.

If we can produce at the line (keep your fingers crossed every trip).
and spread the floor hitting outside shots, and penitrating, Like in the second half against the Hawks. We will be fine. Our D is holding up well so far this year. I think everybody is getting involved and I feel we can lock this team down and come out on top. LETS GO WARRIORS>... |
